By car

It is not allowed to park your car at the Hôtel Dupanloup.

If you plan to come for the day, you can go to a "parc relais tram" and then join the Orleans city center by tram.  The "parc relais" Libération is probably the closest one, and opens at 7 AM.  Outside the opening hours of "monitored" ("surveillés") parcs relais, as well as for "non monitored" parcs relais, you must by the ticket (called "titre P+R") at a booth in a tram station before reaching the park.

By train

The hôtel Dupanloup is 10-minutes away from the Orléans station, and 20- to 25-minutes away from the Les Aubrais station (a little North of Orleans).

In the morning, here are examples of train that would allow you to be on time for the first session:

• Tours 7h38 - Orléans 8h58
• Bourges 7h38 - Orléans 8h54

In the evening, here are possible trains:

• Orléans 17h34 - Paris Austerlitz 18h38
• Les Aubrais 18h08 - Bourges 19h07
• Orléans 17h38 - Tours 18h59

For the participants arriving the previous day and whishing to meet, it is possible to send messages to the organizers so they publish the proposals on this page.
